Dr David Weinstein

GP and Longevity Specialist Doctor

Twenty years as an NHS GP teaches you what the system is built for.
Ten minutes. A prescription. The next patient.

That works when someone is already ill. It does very little for the person in front of me who is still well, but heading somewhere they will not like.

So I built the thing the ten minutes cannot do. A full hour. A full history. A full blood panel. Then I tell you what I actually see. We work together to get you to the best version of yourself and we start straight away!

Duncan measures what your body can do. I measure what is going on inside it. Between us, a problem has nowhere to hide.

Longevity Specialist Physiotherapist

Everyone knows exercise matters.
Almost nobody is told what to do, how much of it, or how hard.

The advice usually stops at "stay active". Nobody would accept a blood pressure tablet prescribed that vaguely.

So I measure instead. How much oxygen you can move. How much force you can produce. How well you bend, reach and hold your balance. Then you get a plan with numbers in it: sets, loads, weeks, and a date to come back and retest.

David reads your bloods. I read your body. You leave with one plan, signed off by both of us.

Press & media

We regularly contribute to the UK media regarding longevity, midlife wellbeing and hormonal health.
Our aim is always the same: to help our patients access evidence-based, medical-led information and cut through the noise of online quick fixes and unregulated prescribing.
You can find a selection of recent articles and broadcast appearances that we've contributed towards below.
